Not sure where you have been, I do know historic building region is gated - they cost admission for getting in, and old barracks location is fenced, and down down below fort, at River area is the point out park where by detecting isn't really allowed. However it is a big place so there may be areas outside of these that i'm not aware of.Feb 2, 20
